The "Vancouver’s 3" the sign refers to are Michelle Rainey, Marc Emery, and Greg Williams. Marc Emery, who is called by his supporters "Prince of Pot", was the feature speaker at the rally. He came from Vancouver for the weekend, making a number of appearances. The "BC3" face potential extradition to the U.S. for selling marijuana seeds by mail to American residents.
